Support Continuous Quality Improvement process
Support Quality Assurance and internal audits program
Physical-Chemical, sensory Analysis of Flavor and Non Flavor raw materials
Physical-Chemical and Sensory Analysis of confidential materials
Sensory Evaluation Laboratory Management.
Material Approval and / or rejection.
Vendor Non Conformance Management.
Validation of analytical Methodologies
Participation in Proficiency Testing Program within laboratories
Operating Personnel Training.
Participate as a Sensory Panelist
Participation in a Trial within laboratories.
Personal Training of new employees.
GCS: Control Owner – Responsible for the effective execution of the key control, measurement and passed the control.
Comply with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, PWF and AIB requirements, achieving FSSC 22000 certification
Report problems related with Food Safety and Food Defense management system, achieving AIB certification
Internal Quality auditor
• Ensure compliance with HSE Local and Corporate regulations. Monitor compliance to EHS regulations, including the staff under his charge.
• Immediate Report of injuries, incident or accidents to direct supervisor to enable the communication process required in the legal framework and internal protocol.
• Implement operational and administrative controls to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses and environmental impacts.
Other responsibilities & Compliance
Finance – Internal Controls:
Comply and promote compliance of corporate and local control policies.
Support internal audit exercises
Participate and ensure compliance with SOX requirements
SAP – (specify GBRs)
End User
Safety – Support the Plant program:
Complete the activities required in the Safety Calendar
Use PPE as required
Follow OSHA rules
Report all accidents and incidents

Requerimientos
